1. Target group-specific program analysis and matching:
Detailed examination of the customer project and the company structure with regard to the specific eligibility criteria (size, industry, degree of innovation, geographical location).
Precise selection of the most suitable program (e.g. ZIM for technical innovations, IGP for business models, BAFA for general consulting, TPG for health care in Saxony-Anhalt) in order to avoid double applications and rejections due to incorrect assignment.
2. Application and documentation management (quality assurance):
Preparation of the complete, formally correct and content-convincing application documents.
Particular attention is paid to the justification of the need and the economic/social relevance of the project. At ZIM/IGP, the focus is on the level of innovation and the detailed work plan; for BAFA funding, the clear definition of the scope of advice. Ensure that the cost estimate is compliant.
