Phase 1: Analysis & Concept

  • Gaining an understanding of the current situation and the specific needs of the client.
  • Kick-off meeting and stakeholder analysis.
  • Carrying out a needs analysis (e.g. interviews, questionnaires) on current intercultural challenges and HR gaps.
  • Creation of a detailed training curriculum and the PE strategy drafts (e.g. modules on Hofstede and rhetoric, concept for employer branding).

Phase 2: Implementation & Training

  • Implementation of the developed measures and intensive training of the target groups.
  • Implementation of communication training and rhetoric seminars (incl. business etiquette).

Phase 3: Evaluation & Transfer
