What is the job?
- Search Engine Optimization
- AI Prompt Engineering
- Social Media Marketing
Depending on the project, a wide variety of tasks may include:
- SEO/SEM: creating and reviewing SEO content for our brand presence
- building and expanding our online presence, including UX/UI optimization
- Prompt Engineering: working with generative content AI systems like OpenAI, ChatGPT, Google Bard, WriteSonic, Aleph Alpha & Co.
- supporting editorial processes
- writing social media and website posts
- independently planning and executing online campaigns (e.g., social media campaigns)
- independently planning and executing press initiatives / marketing strategies
- and much more

What you'll bring?

- Completed (or soon-to-be completed) education
- ability to work independently (because remote work)
- experience working in a small location-independent team with flat hierarchies
- eager to learn and grow
- residence in Central Germany (Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Thuringia)
- willingness to occasionally lead (online) seminars or workshops (travel expenses reimbursed)
- completed or ongoing degree / apprenticeship, ideally with a digital, linguistic, humanities, educational, or IT focus
- native-level German, at least good English skills, additional languages desirable
- interest in working in a digital environment; figuring out how Google & Co. work (getting to know modern digital infrastructure), being at the cutting edge of technology (high-tech environment and working with state-of-the-art hardware and software)
