Ports or IP addresses

For audio and video connections involving participants behind a firewall, TALK+ uses a STUN/TURN server.

For TALK+ to work, the following ports must be opened in your firewall:

Port 3478 (TCP) and

Port 5349 (TCP & UDP)

78.137.97.185 is the corresponding IP address

Additionally, for better quality, we recommend:

opening the IP address 157.97.111.215

(these are ports 16384 through 32768)

However, this is not mandatory; it merely improves transmission quality.
